Terms of Service

We provide custom website development, copywriting and UI/UX design, domain and hosting management, technical and local SEO, and an optional monthly Care service. What is included in your project is listed in your written quote.

The prices and calculator results on this website are estimates based on your answers. They are not a final offer. After a short call to confirm what you need, we send a written quote. That quote is the final price and is valid for 14 days. Whether prices include tax is stated in the written quote.

Nothing is paid on this website. After you message us on WhatsApp and we agree the scope on a call, we confirm everything in writing and arrange payment on WhatsApp. We accept bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa.

Launch (website build). You pay 50% to start. The remaining 50% is due before the website goes live or is handed over. The first 50% is non-refundable once work has started.

Growth (monthly). Growth is billed monthly in advance, at the start of each month. If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause the work until it is paid.

Late payment. Until a Launch project is fully paid, we keep the website files and any access we hold. You receive them when the final payment is made.

Refunds. We do not give refunds once work has started. If agreed work is not delivered as described, we will fix it.

We agree a timeline with you in writing. To keep to it, we need your content, photos, details and approvals on time. If these are late, the timeline moves back by the same amount. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use everything you send us, including text, images and logos. We are not responsible for copyright or other problems in material you supply.

During the build, each page or stage includes 2 rounds of revisions. Extra rounds are quoted separately.

Launch includes 30 days of support after your website goes live. This covers fixes and small changes to the website we delivered. It does not cover new pages, new features or redesigns, which we quote separately.

Growth covers monthly local SEO, website maintenance, the monthly changes you ask for, and one website improvement each month, as described in your quote. Monthly changes are provided within a reasonable allowance stated in your quote.

Growth has a 3-month minimum. After that, either of us can end it with 30 days’ written notice, which can be sent by WhatsApp or email.

If you choose Care, we manage your hosting, domain, security, backups and updates for a monthly fee stated in your quote. We work to keep your website running, but we are not responsible for outages or failures caused by hosting providers, domain registrars or other third parties.

Search results are controlled by Google and other platforms, not by us. We do not guarantee any ranking, position, traffic or number of calls. What we do commit to is doing the agreed work and reporting on it honestly.

Once the project is fully paid, you own your finished website and your content. Your domain is always registered in your name. We keep ownership of our general methods, tools, code libraries and design systems, and we give you the right to use anything inside your website for your business.

Fonts, plugins, stock images, hosting and other third-party items may have their own costs and licences. These costs are paid by you unless your quote says they are included, and licences are placed in your name wherever possible.

We may show your website and the results of our work in our portfolio. If you do not want this, tell us in writing and we will not.

We keep your business details and files private and use them only for your project. This does not apply to information that is already public, or that the law requires us to share.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost sales or lost business. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Either of us may end the work with written notice. You will pay for the work done up to that point. Anything you have paid for work already started stays non-refundable, as explained above.

Please do not misuse this website. That means no attempts to break or overload it, no copying its content in bulk, and no use for anything illegal. We may block access if this happens.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If we have a disagreement, we will first try to settle it by talking. If that does not work, the courts of Lahore will handle it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a project already agreed in writing.
